Under direction of the administration for industry and commerce, the Trademark Transaction Department has cooperated with the intellectual property agencies, law firms, CPA firms, asset appraisal companies and auction companies home and abroad to offer the professional, systematic and efficient trademark transaction services in the whole course.

 *Trademark right transfer
 *Trademark authorization (franchise)
 *Financing and the other derivative businesses related to the trademark transaction.

    Trademark transaction flow:

    *The buyer puts forwards the requirements on the trademark style, price and commodity category; the CTEX offers the trademark information for choice and negotiates the transfer price.

    *The buyer signs the Trademark Purchase Entrustment Agreement with the CTEX and pays the down payment based on the negotiated price.

    *The buyer pays the down payment to the seller and the CTEX gets the original of the registration certificate from the registrant and signs the relevant documents for the transfer.

    *The CTEX hands over the original registration certificate to the buyer; the final buyer stamps or signs the trademark transfer application document and pays off the purchase price of the trademark.

    *The CTEX completes the documents for the trademark transfer and submits the application to the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

    *The Trademark Office will issue the Acceptance Notice on the trademark transfer application to the transferor and the transferee.

    *The Trademark Office will examine the trademark transfer documents, ratify the statement and issue the transfer approval certificate.
