    The members can be divided into four categories:

 *Information members refers to the units which own the technical project resources or the demand resources, issue the information and make transaction through the CTEX, and the units which get the technical project resources or technology information from the CTEX.
 *Agency member refers to the units which act as agents engsaging in promoting the technology transfer for dealers.
 *Service members refers to the units that offer the services of auction, bidding and tendering (appraisal), bidding, appraisal, audit, legal consulting, financial consulting and management consulting.
