The Special Working Group Office of the Equity Incentive Pilot of Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Area is set up in the Equity Incentive Consulting Service Center of the CTEX (hereinafter referred to as the Center). Under direction of the special working group, the center offers the consulting services on the equity incentives for the colleges, scientific research institutes, enterprises restructured from the research institutes and the high-tech enterprises and assists the organizations that implement the equity incentive programs to design the scientific equity and dividend incentive plans, set up and improve the incentive system so as to innovate in the system for mobilizing the enthusiasm.
    The center offers the consulting and comprehensive support services in the technology transfer course by taking advantage of the rich technical project information, investor resource,market service network, settlement service support system, technical contract registration services of the CTEX.
