The Financial Settlement Department sets up a special settlement account and offers the project supervision, transaction security and transaction price settlement services to ensure the capital safety of the parties of transaction.

    1. The transferee pays the transaction security to the CTEX as stipulated by the agreement;
    2. The transferor selects an intended transferee as the final transferee to sign the transaction contract and offer the technical product or service;
    3. The CTEX refunds the transaction security to the other intended transferees;
    4. The transferee pays the transaction price as scheduled and the paid-in transaction security can be transferred to the transaction price;
    5. The transferor can handle the transaction price transfer procedure by presenting the relevant vouchers after completing the technology transfer in accordance with the relevant contract.
