Equity incentive consultation service
Equity incentive consultation service is developed under the guidance of “Z-park National Innovation Demonstration Zone Equity Incentive Pilot Project Working Group” to provide equity incentive consultation service to universities, research centers, reformed company of university and high-tech enterprises, directing equity incentive organizations to make scientific and reasonable incentive plan of launching option and bonus, and establishing and improving incentive mechanism, so as to fully arouse the enthusiasm of researchers, and promote technology industrialization.
