   The assessment of legal status is mainly about the overall legal status and professional comprehension of a patent, to be specific, including: basic legal status (including status of patent issue and expiration, patent transfer and payment of patent fees), the assessment of patent stability, patent licensing, multi-nation application, patent infringement analysis and related litigation information.
    2.Assessment of technical level
   The assessment of technical level is mainly about the assessment of patents’ advancement, including the scope of patent protection, advancement, maturity, advantages and disadvantages as well as competitors’ layout and overall arrangement.
    3.Assessment of market value
   The assessment of market value is mainly about the analysis of the scope of patent protection, and whether it belongs to the core technology, in order to reflect the market value of the patent. Assessment, from the technical perspective, combines the patent citing and cited information, patent family information, patent litigation information, patent invalidity and reexamination information, technical documents, and market and product information.
