Intellectual Property One-Stop Service (IPOS)

In order to response to the intellectual property (IP) strategies of the central government, assist the government, scientific and technical research institutes, scientific parks, large and medium companies, VC/PE and angel investors to improve the capability of creation, application, protection and management of the IPs, set up and improve the IP management system, tap the values of the IPs and turn the IPs from the cost center to the profit center, China Technology Exchange (CTEX) designed Intellectual Property One-Stop Service (IPOS). CTEX can design the one-stop service platform for IPs of different industries, different regions and different companies based on this platform according to individual requirements of the customers. The platform can be divided into four levels:

I. Original IP database of various countries

The original IP databases include the patent data of 98 countries and regions, mainly that of China, the US, Japan, the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and the European Intellectual Property Association (EIPA).

II. Deep-processed IP Database Matrix

The database will offer deep-processed IP database of the strategic emerging industries or industries that the customers interested in. It will act as the data source of searching, analysis and consultation. CTEX can offer the database customization service to customers.

III. Supportive Platform for IP Services

The service support platform is designed according to requirements of customers and offers 10 services based on the deep-processed database, covering all aspects of the IP.

IV. Intellectual Property One-Stop Service (IPOS)

The customers can make the IP arrangement and increase values of IPs through the transaction platform.

The platform offers the following services:

1. IP assessment

Assess the legal status, technical level and market value of the intellectual property from the aspect of patent.

2. IP consultation

Offer all-round consultation services on the IP management system building, strategic analysis and early warning and so on.

3. Legal affair service on IP

Offer the all-round services in relation to the IP laws and the IP agency service, the whole-course legal services for companies involved in the infringement or lawsuit at home and abroad and the patent application agency service at home and abroad.

4. IP training

Offer the training for the companies and agencies to improve the IP awareness, IP management system and IP practice and customized services for customers.

5. IP search

On-line IP search and customized manual search service.

6. IP database customization

Offer the comprehensive domestic and overseas patent databases and customized patent database.

7. International businesses

Domestic and overseas IP and service exchange.

8. Forum and salon

Hold forums and salons on a regular basis to collect the resources of IP and enhance the IP exchanges and development.

9. Equity incentive

Effectively enhance the technical achievement industrialization, technical transaction and the IP financing.

10. Industrial information

The latest information of the IPs.
