Miraio Law Office Based in Japan Becomes an International Member of CTEX

On Oct. 13, 2009, CTEX and Miraio Law Office based in Japan signed a strategic partnership agreement in Beijing. Miraio Law Office became the international member of CTEX. Liang Yu, Vice President of CBEX, Guo Shugui, President of CTEX, and Xia Lei, Vice President of CTEX, attended the signing ceremony.Miraio Law Office (with the original name of Home Lawyers, was renamed Miraio Law Office on Oct. 1, 2009). The law office established in 2001 mainly engaged in personal legal affairs and enterprise legal affairs. Besides lawyers, it also has experts such as administrative procedures specialist, legislative procedures specialist, agents and certified accountants, as well as specialties in taxation, finance, human resources and labor, intellectual property and overseas law affairs. After becoming an international member of CTEX, all Sino-Japan technology transaction projects between CTEX will be handled by CTEX. Both sides will further promote the technological project, information exchange and equity transaction including technologies between Chinese and Japanese enterprises, and provide high-efficient and high-quality professional services for both sides.
