China Technology Exchange (CTEX) is a technology transaction service provider jointly established by Beijing Municipal People’s Government, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Intellectual Property Office with approval from the State Council. It is incorporated in the form of limited liability company with investment from China Beijing Equity Exchange, Beijing High-tech Startup Service Center, Beijing Zhonghai Investment Management Corporation and the Chinese Academy of Sciences Holdings Co. Ltd. (CAS Holdings). The registered capital is 224 million yuan.
The CTEX following the concepts combining"technology+capital+service",has dedicated to building the Internet Platform of the Technology Transaction, the Innovation Platform for the Technical Financing and “the Market-based Operation Platform of the Technical Policies” and offering the low-cost and high-efficient professional services in the whole course such as transfer and license of the patent technologies, trademarks and the other intellectual properties.
